MADE WITH THE BEST FRESH PRODUCTS
We use fresh products, like eggs, butter and raw milk coming directly from the farm, as well as products with a label of origin (AOC and AOP) for their subtle flavours and their gustatory qualities.
Our tarts : there are made with fresh seasonal products and we produce our compote.
Our strawberry cake : the best strawberry cake is made with strawberries from Plougastel, the “Queen of strawberries”.
Our custard tart : it is made with raw milk from the farm and with Tahiti vanilla pod.
